The People's Bank of China will issue a three-coin artificial intelligence-themed commemorative set on Sept. 4. The set comprises one gold coin and two silver coins, all of which are legal tender in China. The 5-gram gold coin has a face value of CNY 80 and a maximum mintage of 10,000. Each 15-gram silver coin has a face value of CNY 5 and a maximum mintage of 20,000. All three coins have a fineness of 99.9% and feature designs incorporating artificial intelligence and digital technology.
