The Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority has reminded entities subject to DORA that the deadline to report their Register of Information (RoI) for ICT service agreements was 13 March 2026 and that, after submissions were forwarded to the European Banking Authority (EBA), a number have been returned as not accepted. Firms that have submitted are asked to check whether their filing has been affected and to correct any errors as soon as possible. Firms can verify status in the e-Reg production environment, where EBA acceptance is shown with a green DOR symbol and not accepted with a red DOR symbol. For rejected submissions, firms are instructed to open the error details via the red symbol, review the feedback in the Ticket area (including the instance-status file and the feedbackText and triggered business validation rules), correct the issues, and resubmit the RoI via e-Reg, then monitor whether the resubmission is accepted. Finanstilsynet also points to EBA materials on common issues and the technical and business validation checks applied to RoI reporting, and directs questions to be submitted via the communication module in e-Reg.
