The Central Bank of Colombia (Banco de la República) published a revised External Regulatory Circular DEFI-360, Subject 3, covering temporary liquidity support under the Financial Stability Department manual, fully replacing the DEFI-360 circular issued on 25 March 2025. The circular is addressed to Banco de la República’s head office and branches, the Financial Superintendence of Colombia, and a wide range of financial sector entities including banks, financial corporations, finance companies, financial cooperatives, and public financial institutions and funds such as Finagro, Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional, Findeter, Fogafín, Fogacoop, Bancóldex, Fondo Nacional del Ahorro and Icetex.
