The programme, titled “Strategic Leadership in the Age of Financial Sustainability”, is structured around two themes, financial strategy and leadership, and uses Harvard’s case-study methodology to build participants’ analytical and leadership capabilities. It is targeted at executive managers or equivalent, runs for six days from 12 to 17 April 2025 in Kuwait City, and provides participants with a Harvard Business School certificate of attendance. The programme forms part of the Kafa’ initiative launched by the Central Bank of Kuwait in collaboration with local Kuwaiti banks and is organised and managed by the Institute of Banking Studies, building on cooperation with Harvard Business School that began in 2009.
