The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice requiring 16 individuals listed in an annex to pay the statutory fee to complete the procedure for obtaining securities practising certificates. The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges applied at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Commission’s designated accounts or paid directly at the Commission. If a recipient does not complete the process to collect the practising certificate within one year from the notice, the Commission will issue a decision to cancel the certificate that has been granted.

Vietnam State Securities Commission instructs 16 applicants to pay VND 1 million fee for securities practising certificates
The Vietnam State Securities Commission has mandated 16 individuals to pay a statutory fee of VND 1,000,000 to obtain securities practising certificates, as per the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC.
