The Brazilian Pension Funds Authority (PREVIC) announced a new protocol routine for licensing requests as it moves the Entity and Plan Registry (Cadastro de Entidades e Planos, CAD) and the National Registry of Directors (Cadastro Nacional de Dirigentes, CAND) into the unified CADPREVIC system. Following the completion of the “Acesso” system integration with the Govbr portal, access is now available for Closed Supplementary Pension Entities (Entidades Fechadas de Previdência Complementar, EFPC), and from 1 March four licensing applications must be filed exclusively through Govbr. “Acesso”, developed by PREVIC, will serve as the credential-management base through which EFPC-designated users manage access to CADPREVIC, the File Transfer System (Sistema de Transferência de Arquivos, STA) and other PREVIC systems. Existing Identity Managers (Gestores de Identidade, GID) and Role Managers (Gestores de Papéis, GPA) are renamed Access Managers, and all entity-credentialed names active as of 31 December were automatically migrated into “Acesso” with the ability to assign roles in the new environment. The four Govbr-integrated filings are approval and amendment of an adhesion agreement (Convênio de Adesão), implementation of a benefits plan (Plano de Benefícios) and amendment of plan regulations (Alteração de Regulamento), with completion guides already available; before submitting, entities must link their CNPJ to the Govbr account of the responsible individual and register authorised collaborators to submit and track requests. Requests already filed through SEI (Sistema Eletrônico de Informações) remain valid and will continue to be processed to completion in SEI without the need for duplicate filing in Govbr. PREVIC indicated that a user manual for “Acesso” will be published on its portal in the first week of March.
