De Nederlandsche Bank has imposed an administrative fine of EUR 10,000 on BondAuction Europe B.V. for failing to submit required supervisory reports on time. The breach relates to the 2024 IFREP annual report and the FINREP report for the fourth quarter of 2024. Both reports were due by Feb. 12, 2025, but BondAuction submitted the FINREP report on March 21, 2025 and the IFREP report on March 28, 2025. That meant the filings were 38 days and 45 days late, respectively. DNB treated the late submissions as a violation of the Financial Supervision Act and said the penalty is consistent with its enforcement policy on timely submission of supervisory reports.
