The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market approved certificates on two draft laws covering access to depository accounting system information by the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine and mechanisms to encourage individual investment and support national issuers, and it agreed a draft Cabinet of Ministers resolution on terminating or withdrawing from certain international treaties with the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus and within the Commonwealth of Independent States framework. It also issued a package of registration, licensing and fit and proper decisions affecting an investment fund, the PFTS Stock Exchange and several market participants. Registration of the issuance of investment certificates and related prospectuses for the non-diversified closed-end unit venture investment fund Invest Gal Bud managed by AMC Aktiv LLC was cancelled, alongside the certificate of registration of the issue. The Commission registered the operating rules for PFTS Stock Exchange JSC’s stock multilateral trading platform and its regulated stock market, and it registered amendments to the rules for PFTS’s multilateral trading platform for derivative contracts, including the currency swap specification. The register of professional participants was updated to reflect additional services for Energy Registration Company LLC, and a non-public share issue by PJSC Ukrainian Financial Housing Company was registered. It also agreed appointments covering compliance and risk management functions at AMC SIPIDI Assets Management LLC and AMC Invest-Tandem LLC.
