The Vietnam State Securities Commission has selected Incom International Communications Joint Stock Company to provide SMS software services supporting several of the commission’s information technology systems from 2026 to 2029. The lump-sum contract is valued at VND 438.57 million, including applicable taxes and fees, against a procurement budget of VND 440 million. The contractor was selected through an online competitive quotation process. The contract will run for 36 months from its effective date.
