The Governing Council of the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) issued Macroadvance Death Management EAD a licence to operate as a loan servicing entity under the Credit Servicing Persons and Loan Buyers Act (LOKCC), after confirming the applicant had provided all required documents and met the licensing conditions and the applicable requirements in BNB Ordinance No. 49 of 6 October 2025. The licence authorises the firm to carry out the loan-servicing activities set out in Article 6(2)(1) to (4) of the Act, including collecting or recovering payments due from borrowers under loan agreements, renegotiating loan terms under the loan purchaser’s instructions (where the credit servicer is not a credit intermediary under the Consumer Credit Act or the Consumer Real Estate Loans Act), handling borrower complaints, and notifying borrowers of changes in interest rates or fees and of possible payments due under the loan agreement.

The Bulgarian National Bank has granted Macroadvance Death Management EAD a licence to operate as a loan servicing entity under the Credit Servicing Persons and Loan Buyers Act, confirming compliance with all documentation, licensing conditions and BNB Ordinance No. 49. The licence permits the firm to perform loan-servicing activities under Article 6(2)(1) to (4) of the Act, including collection and recovery of payments, renegotiation of loan terms, handling borrower complaints and notifying borrowers of changes in interest rates, fees and payment obligations.
