The Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the University of West Attica signed a memorandum of cooperation on July 30, 2026, establishing an ongoing partnership that combines supervisory expertise with academic research and education. The framework covers sustainable finance and environmental, social and governance criteria, corporate governance, financial technology, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital transformation and financial literacy. The parties will develop joint research, educational and scientific initiatives, exchange expertise and pursue activities connecting academia with supervisory functions and the capital market. The cooperation also seeks to support specialized workforce development and strengthen financial literacy in Greece.
