The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has updated its Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) data dashboard with the latest complaint data reported by financial firms, covering complaints that were open, received or closed between 1 July and 31 December 2025. The update also adds a new complainant demographics page and a downloadable data file to expand how users can analyse complaint trends. The demographics page allows users to explore trends by age group, gender and location, although demographic data is not shown at firm level. The downloadable file lets users extract selected complaint metrics for reporting and research, including benchmarking performance against industry and analysing trends across reporting periods, products, issues and outcomes.
