The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market published an overview of the administrative services it provides to market participants, noting that its catalogue exceeds 80 services spanning both free and paid offerings. Examples of free services include approving an action plan to improve a firm’s financial condition and issuing duplicates or replacements of securities issuance registration certificates, excluding CII securities. The Commission reported that paid services generated more than UAH 19.2 million in budget revenue in the first half of the year, led by registration of CII securities issues (UAH 9.4 million), registration of changes to a CII securities prospectus linked to a subsequent issue (UAH 2.2 million), registration of securities issues excluding certain categories (UAH 1.9 million), registration of changes to CII regulations (UAH 1.4 million), and registration of changes to a securities issue prospectus subject to specified exclusions (UAH 1.4 million), with other services accounting for UAH 2.9 million.
