The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority announced plans to roll out a thematic project assessing AML/CFT compliance in relation to Reporting and Registers. The review is intended to run from January to August 2026 and will be jointly coordinated by the Authority’s AML/CFT and Portfolio Supervision Divisions. The thematic will examine selected requirements under the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism Code 2019. Further information, including documentation requests, will be issued to relevant persons when they are notified of their participation, with engagement staged over time due to the nature and scale of the review.
