The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice instructing individuals listed in an attached annex to pay the statutory fee required to complete the issuance of securities practising certificates, in line with Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid by bank transfer or directly at the Commission. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate within one year from the notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the issued securities practising certificate.

The Vietnam State Securities Commission has instructed individuals listed in an annex to pay a VND 1,000,000 fee for securities practising certificates, as per Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC.
