The Astana Financial Services Authority issued a public alert over a Telegram channel operating as @investlink_kz and related accounts that appear to impersonate Investlink Ltd, an Astana International Financial Centre company licensed to advise on investments and arrange investment deals. Investlink confirmed it has no affiliation with the channel, the @manager_crypto_trader account or the copy trading schemes they promote. The channel allegedly uses Investlink’s name, logo, licence number and commercial information without authorization while advertising monthly returns of 10% to 15% and yields of up to 25%. Users are directed to register with a third party broker, deposit funds and transfer control of their trading accounts. The authority warned that displaying genuine licence or company details does not establish authorization and advised investors to verify providers through its Public Register and confirm that online sources are official before transferring funds or disclosing personal information.
