The Central Bank of Russia has appointed Andrey Dynko as director of its Market Services Department. Dynko has more than 20 years of experience in Russian and international financial organizations, specializing in operational processing, technology transformation, automated banking systems and operational resilience. Before joining the central bank, he led Raiffeisenbank’s operations function and previously worked at VTB Capital and the Federal Commission for the Securities Market of Russia.
