The State Bank of Vietnam’s Governor Nguyễn Thị Hồng and Deputy Governor Phạm Tiến Dũng visited and inspected implementation of Project NH.09B and held a working session with the NH.09B Project Management Board, focusing on progress and priorities for completing the remaining work. The inspection noted NH.09B as a major state and banking-sector project with a large scale and long investment cycle. Phase II has completed 11 out of 17 procurement packages, and the Governor recognised the efforts of the project management team, relevant SBV departments and contractors. With substantial work outstanding and limited time, the SBV leadership instructed the Project Management Board and related units to accelerate delivery with detailed plans and timelines and to deploy coordinated measures covering staffing, machinery and technical equipment, as well as security, safety, fire prevention and flood risk controls, to support safe and effective operation after acceptance and handover to the National Banknote Printing Factory.
