The Palestine Capital Market Authority announced the launch of the national electronic sketch system, E-KROKA, through a partnership agreement among the relevant public and sector bodies. The system creates a secure electronic process for the immediate reporting and documentation of road accidents through a unified report that links vehicle, licensing, insurance and police data, with the stated aim of improving accident handling and protecting the rights of insurance policyholders. The platform is intended to strengthen police field documentation, reduce manipulation and forgery, and accelerate compensation procedures by improving the accuracy, reliability and exchange of data among the authorities involved. It is also designed to shorten processing times for citizens, reduce disputes and create an integrated national database to support traffic and economic policymaking.
