State Bank of Vietnam appoints Do Thi Thu Huong as Deputy Head of the Finance and Accounting Department

The State Bank of Vietnam has announced the Governor’s decision to appoint Ms Do Thi Thu Huong as Deputy Head of the Finance and Accounting Department, effective 19 March 2026. Ms Huong previously served as Head of the Enterprise and Public Service Unit Management Division within the Finance and Accounting Department. The decision was announced by Le Viet Hung, Deputy Head of the Organization and Personnel Department, and was presented at a ceremony at the State Bank of Vietnam’s headquarters by Deputy Governor Pham Tien Dung.
