The Superintendence of Issuer Relations at the Brazil Securities Commission (CVM) has issued a correction to its document naming publicly held companies considered in default, originally published on 5 March 2026. The updated document no longer includes Natura & Co Holding S.A. Natura & Co Holding was removed because its registration as a publicly held company was cancelled on 10 March 2026, with retroactive effect to 1 July 2025, the date of the extraordinary general meeting that approved its incorporation into Natura Cosméticos S.A.
