The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that the registered alternative investment fund (RAIF) PT EU RAIF V.C.I.C. Public Ltd, via its external manager AUDE FM Limited, has notified CySEC of the decision to dissolve and liquidate the investment compartment PT EMERALD Sub-Fund. CySEC has recorded this fact in the RAIFs’ Register. The notification was made under Article 138(7)(a) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018, and CySEC noted that the RAIF should proceed with the dissolution and liquidation of the compartment in line with Article 138(7). The RAIF is registered under Registration Number RAIF25. Once the dissolution and liquidation are completed and the necessary documents are submitted, CySEC will delete the compartment from the RAIFs’ Register in accordance with Article 138(9).

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has been notified by PT EU RAIF V.C.I.C. Public Ltd, through its external manager AUDE FM Limited, of the decision to dissolve and liquidate the PT EMERALD Sub-Fund. This action is in accordance with Article 138(7)(a) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018. CySEC will remove the sub-fund from the RAIFs’ Register upon completion of the process and submission of required documents.
