The Montenegro Capital Market Authority announced a second training programme in 2025 for investment advisers, scheduled for 20–22 October 2025 at its premises in Podgorica, with a final test offering a pathway to qualify as an investment adviser under the applicable regulatory conditions. The programme covers the institutional and legal framework of Montenegro’s capital market, the status and regulatory requirements for investment firms and their advisers, ethical standards and professional responsibility when working with clients, and anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing policies. Places are limited to 20 participants and applications are open until 10 October 2025, with an enrolment fee of EUR 600; preparatory materials will be provided and the training will be delivered in Montenegrin through lectures, exercises and a final test.
