December’s monthly increase was revised up to 0.5% from 0.4%. Across the nine census divisions, seasonally adjusted monthly price changes ranged from -0.8% in the South Atlantic to +1.0% in the West North Central. All divisions recorded positive 12-month changes, ranging from +2.4% in the West South Central to +8.2% in the Middle Atlantic. The next HPI report is scheduled for April 29, 2025 and will include monthly data through February 2025.
