The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market published an update backing the educational project “Financial Literacy for Defenders of Ukraine”, aimed at improving practical financial knowledge for mobilised and active servicemen, veterans, and their families under martial law. The initiative is positioned as providing clear guidance on personal money management, the use of banking and non-banking services, payment security, and the protection of financial consumer rights. Work is underway to develop the project’s educational materials. The project is implemented on the initiative of the National Bank of Ukraine in cooperation with government agencies, veteran and military organisations, the public sector, financial institutions, and educational institutions. A short anonymous survey for military personnel, veterans, and their family members is the first stage of the project and runs until 9 June.
