The Montenegro Capital Market Authority has issued a decision revoking the operating licence of investment fund management company “Moneta” AD Podgorica. The decision was taken at the Authority’s 170th session under Article 108(1)(5) of the Law on Investment Funds. The revoked authorisation was originally granted in September 2014 (decision no. 04/3-1416/9-14) and relates to the entity identified with tax number (PIB) 02334780.
