The Bulgaria Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) issued a set of supervisory decisions covering management approvals, recognition of professional qualification, and changes to securities registry entries. The measures include approvals for board and executive roles at Phoenix Re Insurance AD and Phoenix Re AD, and for the manager of investment intermediary Alaric Securities Ltd. The FSC also acknowledged Roman Grynenko’s acquired qualification to act as an investment consultant. In addition, it struck off a Finance Direct AD (Sofia) bond issue from the Register of Public Companies and Other Issuers of Securities, covering EUR 2,000,000 in 2,000 registered, dematerialized, freely transferable, non-convertible and unsecured bonds (nominal value EUR 1,000; ISIN BG2100016190). Separately, it notified Alfastar Ventures AD that changes to the terms of its initial registration as a manager of an eligible venture capital fund may be introduced.
