The session, held on July 22 and 23, 2026, was intended to broaden bidder participation and support fair competition. Participants received practical instruction on bid preparation, compliance standards and evaluation procedures. They were also briefed on the central bank’s indicative procurement requirements for 2027, including goods and services it may acquire.
