The Tanzania Insurance Regulatory Authority (TIRA), through its Eastern Zone, is participating in the two-day Tanzania Dental Expo in Dar es Salaam and using the event to provide insurance education and reinforce registration expectations for health service providers. At the expo, which brings together oral health providers and other health stakeholders at Mlimani City on 30–31 May 2025, TIRA is encouraging health providers to register via the ORS system as part of its role in registering health facilities that provide services through health insurance. The outreach is positioned as part of TIRA’s ongoing public education programme to increase insurance awareness and uptake in Tanzania.
