The authorities also published examples of financial sector measures serving the public and a selection of popular financial education materials. The financial system will conduct a targeted consumer protection initiative through community networks, public service centers, and online and offline channels. Activities will provide financial knowledge and risk prevention guidance while publicizing consultation, complaint handling, dispute mediation and other redress channels to help consumers understand their legal rights and resolution options.
