The Bermuda Monetary Authority has published a stakeholder letter and a draft Guidance Note on recovery planning requirements for Bermuda commercial insurers, providing additional guidance under the Insurance (Prudential Standards) (Recovery Plan) Rules 2024. Industry stakeholders are invited to submit feedback on the draft Guidance Note by 7 July 2025, with comments to be provided by email.
