The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) has revoked the life insurance and accident and sickness insurance agent licence of Daniel Lath and imposed two administrative penalties totalling CAD 15,000. FSRA found that Lath made false or misleading statements in the solicitation or registration of insurance, failed to obtain sufficient continuing education credits, and directly or indirectly provided false, misleading, or incomplete information to FSRA. Lath did not request a hearing before the Financial Services Tribunal or contest FSRA’s proposal.

The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario has revoked Daniel Lath's life and accident and sickness insurance agent licence and imposed penalties totaling CAD 15,000. Lath was found to have made false statements in insurance solicitation and failed to meet continuing education requirements. He did not contest FSRA's findings or request a tribunal hearing.
