Following agreements with the Israel Tax Authority management and the Accountant General Division, the Bank of Israel determined that most tax payments owed by Wiz shareholders arising from the sale of Wiz to Google will be paid in USD.

The Bank of Israel, in coordination with the Israel Tax Authority and the Accountant General Division, has decided that the majority of tax payments from Wiz shareholders, due to the sale of Wiz to Google, will be settled in USD.
