The National Credit Union Administration issued one consent-based Order of Prohibition and four conviction-based prohibitions in February 2026, permanently barring five former credit union employees from participating in the affairs of any federally insured depository institution. The consent-based prohibition covered Abbigail Iglesias, formerly of Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union in Saint Paul, Minnesota, who agreed to the order to settle the National Credit Union Administration Board’s claims. The conviction-based prohibitions covered Tyra Brown (formerly of Service Federal Credit Union, Portsmouth, New Hampshire) following a wire fraud conviction; Aneicia Ford (formerly of Boeing Employees Credit Union, Tukwila, Washington) and Billy Ray Thomas (formerly of Neches Federal Credit Union, Port Neches, Texas) following convictions for conspiracy to commit bank fraud; and Ashley Viken (formerly of Black Hills Federal Credit Union, Rapid City, South Dakota) following convictions for bank fraud and theft by a credit union employee. The agency reiterated that an Order of Prohibition bars an individual from ever working for a federally insured depository institution, and noted that enforcement orders and notices are searchable on its Administrative Orders webpage.

National Credit Union Administration issues five lifetime prohibition actions against former credit union employees
In February 2026, the National Credit Union Administration issued one consent-based and four conviction-based Orders of Prohibition, permanently barring five former credit union employees from working in any federally insured depository institution. The prohibitions involved individuals from Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, Service Federal Credit Union, Boeing Employees Credit Union, Neches Federal Credit Union, and Black Hills Federal Credit Union, following fraud-related convictions. These orders prevent future employment in federally insured institutions.
