The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) announced the publication of the Dubai Financial Services Unified Guidebook by Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), which provides a consolidated overview of Dubai’s financial services landscape to help businesses identify the relevant jurisdictions and regulators when establishing or expanding operations in the Emirate. Developed in collaboration with the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority, Nasdaq Dubai, Dubai Financial Market and Al Tamimi & Co, the guidebook includes the DFSA’s outline of the regulatory framework that applies within the DIFC. It also summarises key aspects of business set-up and licensing and describes coordination across Dubai’s regulatory ecosystem; the guidebook is available for download from the DET website.
