Argentina Superintendency of Insurance participated in the XXVI National and Latin American Actuarial Days in Buenos Aires, where it presented an overview of actuarial regulations issued over the past year and highlighted innovation initiatives being applied to insurance market control and supervision. The event, hosted by the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of the City of Buenos Aires, also covered current issues for the profession including the regulation of artificial intelligence in different countries, risks associated with its implementation, and broader challenges for actuarial practice in a rapidly evolving technological environment. The Superintendency was represented by Valeria Hirschhorn (General Coordination Manager), Sebastián Steyerer (Technical and Regulatory Manager), and actuaries Micaela Breuer and Agustín Risso.
