Moldova's National Commission for Financial Markets adopted a set of capital market decisions covering securities registrations, issuer actions and corporate reorganizations. The board registered the results of Banca Comerciala Moldova-Agroindbank's fourth bond issuance under its fourth offering program, totaling MDL 146.48 million, and Barza Alba's additional share issue of MDL 4.9453 million. It also removed a matured MAIB bond issue from the register, endorsed a mandatory withdrawal request in another issuer and authorized two joint-stock companies to convert into limited liability companies. MAIB's registered issue comprises 7,324 class XIII registered bonds with a nominal value of MDL 20,000 each, a three-year term and a floating coupon linked to the weighted average rate on new bank deposits in national currency with maturities of six to 12 months published by the National Bank of Moldova on 18 June 2026, plus a fixed margin of 1.25%, paid monthly and reset annually. Barza Alba's additional issue was made from equity and raises its share capital to MDL 141.6573 million, divided into 1,416,573 class I ordinary registered shares with a nominal value of MDL 100 each. The authority also canceled 1,383 MAIB class I corporate bonds from its second issue after maturity and full repayment of interest and principal, endorsed Oleg Sirbu's mandatory withdrawal request covering 3,898 ordinary registered shares in the Edinet Specialized Repairs Enterprise joint-stock company, and approved the conversion of Faurarul and Feraru-S into limited liability companies.
