The Vietnam State Securities Commission published a notice requiring five individuals (listed in an attachment and referenced in Notice No. 17/TB-UBCK) to pay the licensing fee needed to complete the procedure for issuance of securities practice certificates. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC, and can be paid by bank transfer to the Vietnam State Securities Commission or paid directly at the regulator. If an individual does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate within one year from the fee notice, the Vietnam State Securities Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that has been issued.

The Vietnam State Securities Commission has mandated five individuals to pay a VND 1,000,000 licensing fee to finalize the issuance of securities practice certificates, as per Notice No. 17/TB-UBCK.
