The Guernsey Financial Services Commission issued a prohibition order under Section 33 of the Financial Services Business (Enforcement Powers) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2020. James Watchorn is barred from serving as a money laundering reporting officer and compliance officer from 9 March 2026 to 9 August 2027.
