The Vietnam State Securities Commission published a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the prescribed fee for re-issuance of a securities practising certificate, in line with the fee schedule set out in Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. The re-issuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and may be paid by bank transfer to the Commission’s designated accounts at VietinBank (Ha Thanh branch) or Vietcombank (Hoang Mai branch), or paid directly at the Commission. Payment details must include the certificate holder’s name and identification number. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to receive the re-issued certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee notification, the Commission will issue a decision to cancel the certificate that has been issued.

The Vietnam State Securities Commission has instructed individuals listed in an attached notice to pay a VND 1,000,000 fee for the re-issuance of a securities practising certificate, as per Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC.
