The Slovenia Securities Market Agency published amendments to its tariff of fees and compensations that take effect from 28 February 2026, mainly to align the fee framework with the new Individual Investment Accounts Act. The Act empowers the Agency to register providers of individual investment accounts and to supervise those providers and their activities linked to individual investment accounts. The revised tariff also introduces fees for supervisory measures carried out under EU Regulation 2023/1113 on information accompanying transfers of funds and certain crypto-assets, and under the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), alongside other minor adjustments.
