The European Financial Reporting Advisory Group General Assembly appointed three members to its governance bodies, while the Administrative Board extended Chiara Del Prete’s mandate as chair of the Sustainability Reporting Technical Expert Group until Jan. 31, 2028. Gianmario Crescentino joins the Administrative Board, replacing Michele Pizzo. Chrystelle Richard joins the Sustainability Reporting Board, replacing Laurence Rivat, and Elbano de Nuccio joins the Financial Reporting Board, replacing Simone Scettri. The appointments were nominated by the Italian standard setter OIC and the French standard setter ANC. In June, the Administrative Board extended Sébastien Harushimana’s mandate as chair of the Financial Reporting Technical Expert Group until Aug. 31, 2029.

The European Financial Reporting Advisory Group appointed Gianmario Crescentino, Chrystelle Richard and Elbano de Nuccio to three governance boards. It also extended Chiara Del Prete’s mandate as chair of the Sustainability Reporting Technical Expert Group until Jan. 31, 2028.
