The talks covered capacity building for employees in the ministry's central office, affiliated organisations and regional divisions, with particular attention to the use of modern digital technologies and artificial intelligence in finance. The sides reviewed possible joint training and upskilling programmes with the Policy Research Institute of Japan's Ministry of Finance. They also considered involving Japanese specialists in the teaching process at the newly established Tosh Tech University, carrying out joint research projects and expanding academic cooperation between the two countries' educational and research institutions. At the end of the meeting, they agreed to continue cooperation on education, research and technology projects.
