The United States Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) published a list of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) performance evaluations that became public between June 1, 2025 and June 30, 2025, covering 22 national banks, federal savings associations, and insured federal branches of foreign banks. The evaluations reflect the OCC’s assessment of each institution’s record of meeting the credit needs of its entire community, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods, consistent with safe and sound operations. Across the 22 evaluations, seven institutions were rated “outstanding” and 15 were rated “satisfactory,” with no institutions in this release receiving “needs to improve” or “substantial noncompliance.” The OCC also noted that it maintains a searchable database of all public CRA evaluations issued since April 1996 and publishes a list of institutions scheduled for CRA examinations in the next two calendar quarters.
