The Central Bank of Russia published its 2024 ranking of insurers based on complaints relating to compulsory motor third-party liability insurance (CMTPLI) where consumer-rights violations were confirmed and supervisory measures were taken. The results are split into two groups: insurers with more than two million CMTPLI contracts and smaller insurers at or below this threshold, to allow comparisons among similarly sized companies. Firms are ordered by a consumer risk indicator, calculated as the number of confirmed CMTPLI-related complaints per 10,000 contracts, from highest to lowest; insurers with only one complaint are excluded.
