The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) has opened registration for the SAMA Professional Program (SPP) for fresh graduates, with applications accepted for three weeks starting 1 June 2025. The programme is positioned as a blended development pathway to support the transition of graduates from Saudi universities and accredited international universities into the workforce through practical training, guidance and applied learning. The SPP’s foundational tracks cover economics, monetary stability, investment, financial innovation, cybersecurity, business enablement, supervision, digital SAMA, and payments. Eligibility is limited to Saudi nationals holding a bachelor’s degree (no older than 23 years of age) or master’s degree (no older than 26 years of age) in a relevant field, with a minimum grade of “very good” or equivalent and proficiency in English; participants who successfully complete the programme may have an opportunity to join SAMA in specialised tracks designed with leading international organisations, aligned with SAMA’s needs.
