Vietnam’s Ministry of Finance and the Vietnam State Securities Commission published a consolidated table of stakeholder comments and regulatory responses on a draft circular governing surveillance for greenhouse gas emission allowances and carbon credits traded on the domestic carbon exchange. The draft circular also sets out the reporting regime for the stock exchange and the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation to the Commission on domestic carbon exchange activities.
