The Central Bank of the UAE published a 2025 milestones update for the Emirates Institute of Finance showing broad expansion in training, certification and workforce development activity for the financial sector. The update puts total beneficiaries across all EIF training programmes at 38,475 and shows certification programme growth from 13,979 in 2022 to 17,338 in 2025. Registrations were led by the annual training plan with 29,802, followed by private programmes with 4,463 and professional certificates with 1,258. The update also shows growth in Emiratisation-related graduation numbers from 531 in 2022 to 2,175 in 2025, and states that 1,438 Emirati men and women graduated from the ETHRAA Program. In actuarial science, the update refers to 17 scholarship office vacancies, a local financial institution requirement for more than 200 vacancies, and 18 learners in the Higher Colleges of Technology Bachelor in Actuarial programme for the January 2026 Abu Dhabi intake. Recruitment and innovation initiatives were also highlighted, including 135 job vacancies, more than 830 job seekers participating per event, 3,198 job seekers recorded at edition 7 in Al Ain, 1,500 successful candidate placements, and recognition of the EIF Innovation Hub as an Authorized Innovation Provider by the Global Innovation Institute.
