The Thailand Office of Insurance Commission has held internal training to prepare staff for the 2026 Integrity and Transparency Assessment of public agencies, aligning its operations with revised evaluation criteria set by the National Anti Corruption Commission. The programme focused on the updated assessment approach, which places greater weight on qualitative review and insight driven assessment, including whether public information is genuinely accessible and verifiable and whether feedback from both staff and external service users is reflected. More than 130 staff from headquarters and regional offices attended the online session, including designated ITA agents from different functions. In response to the revised criteria, the office is strengthening staff understanding of the assessment framework, reviewing and improving its public disclosure processes, and upgrading communication and service systems so information is complete, accurate and current and public facing services can be more effectively scrutinised.
