The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee required to complete the procedure for issuance of a securities practice certificate, in line with Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid by bank transfer to the Commission or directly at the Commission. If the certificate holder does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate within one year from the notice, the Commission will issue a decision to cancel the certificate that has been issued.

Vietnam State Securities Commission requires VND 1 million fee payment to complete issuance of securities practice certificates
The Vietnam State Securities Commission has instructed individuals listed in an attached notice to pay a VND 1,000,000 fee for the issuance of a securities practice certificate, as per Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. Payment can be made via bank transfer or directly at the Commission. Failure to complete the procedure within one year will result in certificate cancellation.
